Coordinate and conduct financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities. Analyze financial data and work with the auditors in preparation 10ks and 10Qs for public re-list purpose. Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting. Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts in oil and gas related operations. Establish, implement and monitor accurate and timely financial reporting system.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting required, and two years of experience as compliance officer or controller involving preparation of 10k and SEC registration duties required.

Manage and coordinate investment projects on oil and gas industry. Conduct production data analysis on oil and gas projects, and monitor the scale of production of the oil and gas wells.
Work with attorney on private placement offering documents for investment projects. Provide financial and investment advice to potential investors and assist in sales of securities.
Schedule drilling and planning leasing position with our engineering team and operating team in Oklahoma to expand our field position for further drilling.
Master in Finance or Engineering Management required. Six months of experience as Project Manager or Financial Manager involving production data analysis on oil and gas project required. Must have passed Securities exams Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65
