Since 2013, AUSOG has been focusing on U.S. onshore oil and gas shale play in Oklahoma, Texas and other major oil shale formations. We have successfully developed 4 horizontal wells in Mississippian formation. We have a professional fund management team along with drilling and extraction experts. Together we apply the most advanced technology to our project as well as maximize our investors return. With the rapid growth of the company and increasing drilling needs, AUSOG welcomes investor to join us in our drilling program and directly own a piece of action in oil and gas assets, which could benefit you and your future generation in the long run.
The Immigrant Investor Pilot Program was created on October 6, 1992 by a Congressional mandate aimed at stimulating economic activity and job growth, while allowing eligible aliens to become permanent residents. This allows a foreign national to get permanent residence status faster than other options while providing much needed investment capital to business and real estate development projects which might otherwise lack sufficient capital for completion.
Required minimum investments are:
- General Employment Area – $1,000,000
- Targeted Employment Area (TEA) – $500,000
A Targeted Employment Area (TEA) is an area that, at the time of investment, is a rural area or an area experiencing unemployment of at least 150% of the national average rate. A rural area is any area outside a metropolitan statistical area (as designated by the Office of Management and Budget) or outside the boundary of any city or town having a population of 20,000 or more according to the decennial census.
